
This Friday our Lakeview Honkers take on Vale Vikings under the lights at 7:00pm. All Pop Warner athletes, football and cheerleaders, will be introduced on the field at half time. Pop Warner athletes will be admitted into the game for free if in jersey or uniform! Go Honkers!

October 19th-20th Lakeview FFA will be opening up their pumpkin patch to the community and hosting the first ever Lakeview High School Harvest Festival at the Ag Farm.

Lake County School District 7 would like to send a huge thank you to Adam Young Construction! During the wind storm on Friday, the grand stands received damage, Adam Young noticed the need and wanted to fix it in order to keep our students safe! The damage was fixed Sunday morning. We are extremely thankful for the small community who sees a need and jumps in to fix! Thank you Adam!!




LHS would like to invite the community to a Community Tailgate Party on Friday before the first home football game! Outback Eats will be preparing and selling Tri-Tip Sandwiches for $12 or Angus Burgers for $8. This includes sides, dessert and drink! All fall athletes will be recognized prior to the game! Tailgate party starts at 5:00! Go Honkers!

Honker Football players welcomed students at AD Hay and Fremont Elementary this morning! Students were very excited to see the big kids in their jerseys! The big kids were so excited to play on the playground! They gave high-fives, played on the playground, ate breakfast, and even visited the preschool where Tommy Gallagher read the preschool class a book! We are so proud of football boys! Good luck tonight as you take on Henley at 7:00. Go Honkers!!

Volleyball match this Thursday at 1:00! Come out and support our Lake County volleyball teams as Lakeview takes on North Lake at LHS! This is a FREE community event to kick off the festivities for the weekend! Go Honkers!


Attention 7th grade students and parents:
Just a reminder about our 7th grade soft start event that will take place tomorrow, August 27th, from 1:00pm to 3:30pm. Students can be dropped off beginning at 12:45pm in front of the DMS building and picked up at the same location at 3:30pm. We encourage all incoming 7th grade students to attend so that they have an opporutnity to go through their class schedule, meet their teachers, and practice opening their lockers prior to the first day of school. Students can also bring school supplies to put in their lockers if they would like!

LHS and DMS Sports are underway! In order to be eligible to participate, your student MUST have a current physical on file. Physicals are good for two calendar years. Please reach out to your local provider to schedule your appointment today!


The Lakeview FFA chapter and middle and high school ag program is super excited to see pumpkins in the school's first attempt at a pumpkin patch at the school ag farm. The middle school horticulture class was able to seed an acre of pumpkins for their final in June and we are seeing their work pay off! We will keep everyone posted as we move into fall how the pumpkins are looking!
