
A.D. Hay’s 5th grade class got together to paint posters for the music float in tomorrow’s Irish Days parade. Each poster was designed by our students and we are so proud of all their hard work! They will be singing a short concert right after the parade. See you there!

On March 5th and 6th, Ben Whitman visited 5th grade classrooms at A.D. Hay and Union Schools. He presented lessons showing practical and fun ways to use the 3-D printer that is available at Hay School.



March Newsletter for LCSD #7 Elementary Schools


All Juniors field trip on Monday to OIT still have some missing permission slips - please call in or email for permission by end of day to Brandi Harris. The bus will leave at 6:45am on Monday March 11th from the front of LHS.

On Tuesday, March 5, our very own Administration from various LCSD#7 buildings came to read to Fremont Elementary. Keep an eye out for more posts today with our FFA program and members from the community!






On Wednesday, March 6, Fremont Elementary School continued with our Read Across America Week by having our LHS Honor Society students join in on the reading fun!

The LHS Honor Society would like to thank the community for their continued support and the awesome teams who entered the dodgeball tournament!
Many teams entered, but only one could win. Lunch Detention beat Bean Hop to take home the championship, and Amanda Hamilton was voted as MVP of the tournament.


On Monday, March 4, Fremont Elementary School was honored to have Lakeview High School Student Council members kick off Read Across America Week by reading to our classrooms.







Attention LHS Seniors:
From 6-7:30 am Tues-Thurs, there will be senior support and tutoring with Mrs. Harris in Mrs. Shullanberger's room. Seniors can get help on class work, making up tests, get help with FASFA, scholarships, college or apprenticeship applications, job applications, and resumes etc.

Steve Wyborney, EOREN Board member & OSD
Math Coach, created a math challenge for multiple grade levels using
tangrams. This challenge was available for all students in Grant, Harney, Lake, Malheur and Wallowa counties. During the month of February, our students in AD Hay and Union Schools enjoyed participating in this challenge which incorporated geometry and algebra.






A fun day out for Ms Watts class. They came over to the high school to have a fun art lesson all about monsters with Mrs Marietta advanced art class.
